And I really want my readers to know more about this feeling as they read today’s topic of discussion.

Of course, exercising regularly will not only keep your weight under control but will also help you to avoid problems associate with being overweight. Moreover, physical activity has also been associated with improved psychological health as they remove stress, depression and anxiety and contribute to building self-esteem and self-confidence. Exercise is a vehicle for social integration and equality for women in society.

I would like to point out three most important categories of weight loss program for women:

High intensity weight loss program:

High intensity weight loss training helps in fat loss. You use your maximum and minimum effort in this set of exercise. The heart rate follows how hard you are working and rises and falls as you exercise. Here you maximize the total calorie burn during and after the exercise as you receive both the aerobic and non-aerobic exercise. The cardiovascular strength becomes stronger with this type of interval training.

Strength training weight loss program:

Strength training exercise relies on energy sources that do not require oxygen for work. These types of exercises such as heavy weight lifting help to build lean muscle mass. Besides burning calories, the metabolism rate increases with a higher amount of muscle in your body. As you tone your muscle, lose fat and reshape your body, you can see a radical change in the appearance. However, do not get discouraged by the scale as muscle weighs more than fat and take less space.

Functional Training:

The benefits of strength training are included in functional training. This form of exercise involves several movements that are different from strength training exercises such as lifting. They are just like the everyday movements in the form of pushing, pulling, bending to make you functionally fit. These exercises strengthen your muscle as they combine a lot of movement. Being functionally fit helps you perform everyday exercises a lot easier.

A combination of both these programs can help you shed those extra pounds to help fit your clothes smoothly.

Here are a few key reasons why exercise is an important part of your life:

Act as a stress buster:

When you are overburdened with your household and office work, exercise can help you escape into the world of relief. It works as a stress buster and make your life happier.

Sweat cleans out toxins and the right breathing maximizes energy:

Hard exercise and sweat is important to clean out internal energy channels and cleans out toxins. Studies show that women with minor and major health problems have been successfully able to improve their condition by performing exercise and sweating it out.

It keeps your heart healthy:

If you have a family history of heart problem, exercise is the best way to keep yourself away from it for a few extra years. The heart is a muscle and exercising this muscle elevates your heart rate and breathing and keeps your heart healthy.

Prevent cancer especially breast cancer:

Exercising regularly can prevent cancers and in particular breast cancers. So start lifting weights or indulge in yoga, running or stretching.

As you exercise regularly you keep your weight under control. This will not only make you look better but will make you feel better about yourself and avoid several health diseases. You may find several fitness centres to provide you unique, fun and proven workout that guarantees results. Even the fitness centres are taking up women’s fitness franchise to encourage and increase women’s participation in physical activities.

Exercise is and will continue to remain a vital aspect in every human being’s life. It is one of the best medicines to fight diseases and improve the quality of life. “If you don’t use your body, you will surely lose it”.
