In this week’s episode of Freedom Fast Lane Ryan Daniel Moran talks about taking a company from the initial idea phase from $0 to $200K in sales a month and beyond.   • Often times the greatest successes come after the biggest failures
  • If you have failed in your life you are probably in a better position for success than you have ever been

 See your life 5 years from now and ask yourself the following questions:

  • Who are you serving?
  • What are you doing to serve those customers?
  • How are they reacting to you?
  • Where are you creating the most value?

Action step – Chunk into the simplest action to get things started. Stop doing 10 things at once; just do 1.

4 Major Things that Make a Big Difference

Step 1) Select a profitable and growing industry (Ryan’s Men’s Health and Fitness Company) and look at an industry before you look at a product.

Step 2) Get a good business partner and ensure there are clearly defined roles. If your business partner is just like you then one of you is unnecessary.

Step 3) Start putting your products on a very strong channel (Amazon & retail.) Focus on one specific channel where people are already hanging out and go there.

Step 4) Focus on quality products and customer service. The longer vision you can have for success the more successful you will be
